STORY:Johany was driving back home after a party. On a narrow road, she drove onto the shoulder once, but the officer pulled her over for alleged reckless driving. The officer claimed he smelled beer on her breath. The breath test came back 0.14.
We convinced the prosecutor to dismiss her DWI and refile it as an obstruction of a passageway. As a result, Johany didn’t get deported and kept her job.
